1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Good2Know application, website, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. About the Service

Good2Know OÜ (Reg. 17058788, VAT EE102803545), Staapli tn 3-115, 10415 Tallinn, Estonia ("Good2Know," "we," "our," "us") provides a vehicle intelligence platform that enables users to look up, analyse, and manage vehicle-related information.

The Service is available in the following configurations:

• B2B (Enterprise) — available to organisations under a separate agreement. B2B users may access vehicle data sourced from public authorities, subject to applicable licence terms and purpose limitations.
• B2C (Consumer) — available to individual users. B2C users do not receive authority-sourced data and instead receive only data they submit, data internally derived by Good2Know, and data from third-party sources whose licences permit consumer use.

Features, availability, and data coverage may vary between configurations and over time.

3. User Registration and Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at hello@good2know.co if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Each individual may maintain only one account unless otherwise agreed with Good2Know.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information, respect the intellectual property rights of Good2Know and third parties, and follow any usage guidelines we make available.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data associated with the Service.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service by automated means.
• Misuse, redistribute, or commercially exploit vehicle analysis results outside the scope of your licence or agreement.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service unless expressly permitted by Good2Know.
• Use authority-sourced data for any purpose not permitted by the applicable licence and agreement.

5. Authority-Sourced Data

Certain vehicle data accessible through the Service originates from public authorities. This data is subject to strict purpose limitations and is available only to B2B users whose use case has been approved under the relevant authority's requirements.

You must not use authority-sourced data outside the permitted scope, transfer it to unauthorised third parties, or store it in environments not governed by appropriate security controls.

Good2Know reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if authority-sourced data is used in violation of these Terms or the applicable licence conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

The Service, including its design, software, algorithms, models, data structures, branding, and all related materials, is owned by Good2Know OÜ or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as photos). By submitting content, you grant Good2Know a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.3 Analysis Results

Vehicle analysis results generated by the Service are owned by Good2Know. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use those results within the scope of your account and applicable agreement.

7. Payment and Billing

If the Service or any feature requires payment, the applicable fees and billing terms will be specified at the time of purchase or in your enterprise agreement. Payment is processed by secure third-party providers. Good2Know does not store your payment card details.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Good2Know reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

8.2 Accuracy of Results

Vehicle analysis results are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that results are complete, current, or error-free. You should independently verify any information before making decisions based on it.

8.3 Third-Party Data

Good2Know is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by public authorities or other third-party sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Good2Know shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Good2Know shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on information provided through the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Good2Know in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is less.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Good2Know, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, available within the application and at our website. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12.2 By Good2Know

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, misuse authority-sourced data, or engage in any activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Service. We may also terminate accounts that remain inactive for an extended period.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Good2Know will delete your data in accordance with its data retention practices, except where retention is required by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13) will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates the latest version. If we make significant changes, we will notify registered users through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable enterprise agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Good2Know regarding your use of the Service.
